Prof. Sarder Nayeem's Lap Videos, unedited - Lap Chole in a simple case of cholelithiasis-1


Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy in a simple case of cholelithiasis is shown in this video, which was performed in Japan Bangladesh Friendship Hospital, Dhaka, by Prof. Sarder A. Nayeem. This was performed with the help of basic laparoscopic equipment, instruments and monopolar electrocautery. Meticulous dissection and minimal or no bleeding are to be noted here. Clipping of cystic duct and cystic artery was performed here together. Liver bed dissection was done meticulously at the fibro-fatty plane to minimise bleeding.
