Laparoscopic re-resection of duodenum with D2-lymphadenectomy after R1 open Bilroth II 2/3 gastrectomy two months before laparoscopic operation. Female patient 60 y.o. was operated in another clinic with antrum ulcer, but postoperative patology report demonstrated pT2N1MxLxG2 mucinous adenocarcinoma with R1 distal margin of specimen.
