Laparoscopic Excision Of A Large Fibroid- Trans Vaginal Extraction
A - 40 years old nulli gravida woman underwent laparoscopic myomectomy of a giant fibroid ( 12 cm). Transvaginal extraction of the myoma is performed due to its huge size. Total duration of the operation was150 minutes with a total of 300 cc intraoperative bleeding. She was discharged on the next postoperative day.
