Appendectomy (Removal of Vermiform Appendix) in a previously operated case
Vermiform appendix is a vestigial organ situated at caecum. The present case was operated somewhere in rural area and a scar was visible. We operated the case and there was an inflammed appendix in the abdomen, which was successfully removed.
