Prevelance of gallbladder stones in general population is around 10 %. İncidence of GERD is around 20-30 %. It is therefore very likely to encounter a patient having both symptomatic gallbladder stones in addition to well established GERD. Can we safely do cholecystectomy concomitantly with a fundoplication ? The answer is YES ! Is there any "hints" ? Please see the video.
