Lap Cholecystectomy in Acute pancreatitis with incomplete pancreatic divisum-Dr.Arun Bhagwat
59 yrs old physician came with acute pain in abdomen in epigastric region.
Usg and haematological investigation revealed acute pancreatitis with cholelithiasis.
MRCP reported incomplete pancreas divisum.He had TIA 10 yrs back he was on aspirin .
Gall bladder was thickened, congested and there were omental adhesions.Patient may need treatment for incomplete pancreatic divisum.
