腹腔镜全腹膜外疝修补（TEP）腹股沟疝

35 years old male patient with left inguinal hernia with history of previous open repair for right inguinal hernia 4 years ago
Laparoscopic total extra-peritoneal approach for repair was done. Blunt and sharp dissection with harmonic scalpel for indirect hernial sac. Anatomical mesh was used and fixed with tackers. Patient is doing well.
