右上肺叶切除

This is a video of an anterior approach VATS right upper lobe microlobectomy.
The features of a microlobectomy are :
1. No incisions in the intercostal spaces larger than 5mm
2. A 12 mm subxiphoid incision which is extended at the end of the operation to remove the lobe.
3. CO2 inssuflation
4. Use of the 5mm microcutter.
