Robotic Ampullectomy and retrograde placement of pancreaticobiliary stents (ERCP).
Elderly patient with EGD and EUS diagnosis of a large mass in duodenum 'not involving' the ampulla, found intraop to be a large ampullary tumor requiring management of the post-resection biliary and pancreatic system with robotically placed stents (ERCP without an endoscope). The uninvolved papilla in the endoscopic pre-op images is likely the minor papilla.
