proximal humerus fracture surgery done by USGRA(ISB+SCPB by 15 ml 0.5% bupivacaine with 5 ml 1.5% lidocaine for ISB and 5 ml 0.25% bupivacaine to SCPB) with mild sedation(3 mg midozolam+50 mic fentanyl as intermittent doses)
