Laparoscopic NOSE Colectomy with a Camera Sleeve- A Technique in Evolution

This video demonstrates the performance of a transanal Natural Orifice Specimen Extraction following segmental colectomy for a lipoma of the sigmoid colon. Innovatively, the authors use a sterile camera sleeve to facilitate safe extraction of the specimen and conclude the operation with a stapled anastomosis. The video is associated with a manuscript that has been accepted for publication to Colorectal Disease
