Sleeve gastrectomy is becoming increasingly popular & is the procedure of first choice in the treatment of "uncomplicated" morbid obesity at İstanbul Bariatrics. Having comparable weight loss results, this most physiologic weight reduction operation comprises 3 steps, namely; 1- dissection, 2-stapling & 3-inversion of the proximal corner + full thickness continuous suturing of the "whole" staple line. We did not encounter a single leak or surgical bleeding with the technique presented in this video in more than 250 cases. The trocar positionings, all camera moves in addition to other surgical details are presented herein for "training" purposes.
